Main features of highly active nano-polyvalent metal reduction agents:

  1. Fast reaction time, on average from a few minutes to less than an hour for industrial wastewater facility; capable of treating water in high volumes;

  2. High COD removal rate, on average 50% - 70%; especially effective for color removal;

  3. Low operating cost, less than $0.50/ton in general;

  4. Applicable to a wide range of organic pollutants;

  5. Applicable to a wide range of PH conditions, whether acidic, neutral or alkaline; produces excellent results

  6. Easy maintenance process without passivation and channeling;

  7. Capable of being used as a stand-alone process or as pretreatment in a biochemical process to enhance the biochemistry of wastewater and be paired with the aerobic bioremediation process, with the remaining iron ions perfect for phosphorus removal and improving the settling of activated sludge or the membrane generation in biofilm wastewater treatment;

  8. Capable of achieving chemical sedimentation for phosphorus removal and heavy metal removal through chemical reduction.

Areas of application for highly active nano-polyvalent metal reduction agents:

Dyes, printing and dyeing wastewater; carbonization wastewater; petrochemical industry, starch production and common chemical industry wastewater;

Petroleum wastewater; leather tanning wastewater, starch production wastewater, paper industry wastewater, pharmaceutical wastewater, wood processing wastewater;

Plating wastewater; printing wastewater; mining wastewater; other wastewater with heavy metals, organophosphorus agricultural wastewater, organochlorine agricultural wastewater.
